Account Verification Process (KYC)

Understanding identity verification for your security

Why is KYC Required?

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a regulatory requirement under our international gaming license. It serves three critical purposes: preventing underage gambling (enforcing 21+ age restriction), combating money laundering and fraud, and protecting your account from unauthorized access. By verifying your identity, we ensure a safe gaming environment for all players.

Documents You'll Need

Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must be current and not expired.
Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address (issued within the last 3 months).
Selfie Verification: A clear photo of yourself holding your ID document next to your face. This prevents identity theft and confirms you are the rightful account holder.

Processing Time

Our verification team reviews submissions within 1-24 hours during business days (WIB timezone). You can play with a provisional account before verification completes, but withdrawal privileges are granted only after KYC approval. We'll email you once your account is fully verified.

After Verification

Once verified, your account gains full access to all features including higher deposit limits, withdrawal privileges, VIP program eligibility, and exclusive promotions. Your documents are stored securely and encrypted in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Responsible Gaming Tools

We're committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling

evip7 believes that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or addiction. We provide comprehensive tools to help you maintain control over your gaming habits.

Account Control Tools

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict how much money you can add to your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Loss Limits

Define maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. When you reach your limit, you'll be prevented from placing further bets until the period resets.

Session Time Limits

Set time limits for how long you can play in a single session. You'll receive alerts as you approach your limit and be automatically logged out when time expires.

Reality Check Reminders

Activate pop-up reminders that appear at intervals you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) showing how long you've been playing and your net win/loss for the session.

Take a Break Options

If you feel you need time away from gambling:

24-Hour Cooling Off: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours
Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently
During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, make deposits, or receive promotional materials

Self-Assessment

Take our confidential self-assessment quiz to evaluate whether your gambling habits are healthy. The quiz covers warning signs like chasing losses, gambling beyond your means, neglecting responsibilities, or lying about gambling activities.

Age Verification

Gambling at evip7 is strictly limited to adults aged 21 or older in accordance with Indonesian legal standards. We employ robust age verification during registration and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
